DESIGN EP – LONDON - Permanent - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced, senior Executive Producer with a passion for motion design and a dedicated commitment to sales to help lead the growth of our Design Studio in London.  

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the production of innovative and compelling motion design projects, ensuring they meet the pinnacle of creative and technical standards.  

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the Design Studio by attracting the very best work and guiding the development of groundbreaking content while fostering and growing a collaborative, forward-thinking team of exceptional directors, creative directors and designers with the ultimate goal of positioning the Design Studio at the very forefront of contemporary motion design.

• To create and maintain strong client relationships in the motion design world in which you’ll generate top end, recurring business which contributes to month-to-month sales targets and the growth and positioning of the Design Studio. 

• To develop effective Design Studio sales strategies which seek and develop new business opportunities that in turn contribute to the larger sales pipeline at Coffee & TV. 

• To ensure that Coffee & TV delivers the best possible client experience.  

• You will be expected to build and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders within the group and the ability to spearhead collaborations with brands directly. 

•  Experience with RFPs and the ability to work across both finance and creative to ensure repeat business and high end creative. 

• Working with marketing to ensure that clients are aware of the Design Studio’s reputation and positioning amongst our peers. 

•  To develop Design Studio Sales Strategy in line with the overall group business  and sales strategies, to ensure consistent financial and reputational growth. 

• Reports in to the ECD, MD and FD, works closely with the HOP, GCD and Design CD whilst maintaining strong relationships with lead artists and the wider management team. 

• Exemplary knowledge of high-end motion design workflows and large-scale projects. 

• Effective financial project management, including budget negotiation, P&L and tier systems. 

• Excellent relationships with clients and artists.

• Well versed in and passionate about motion design, from more traditional mediums through to state of the art technological methods. 

• A passion to drive an established studio into new and exciting frontiers. 

• Must have a proactive, agile and creative approach to sales. Can pitch confidently, has a good conversion rate and where relevant is involved in the tendering and bidding for new business.  

• Acute awareness of project profit margins and can maximise the most profit from a project. Exceptional at managing client expectations.  

• Is able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and communicate with other members of the production team effectively, delegating work and maintaining a high standard of output. 

• Positive attitude, problem solver, identify possible issues before they arise and offer solutions.
