Role Summary

Coffee & TV is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Production Assistant to provide support with managing multiple ongoing projects; someone who is able to self-motivate and work independently without constant supervision.
This role would lead to an opportunity to grow further into the production field as our shiny new LA studio grows!

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Good diary management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Highly organised and resourceful
  • Proficient in Mac, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ideally experience both in the industry & as a PA

REQUIREMENTS

  • Managing the diary and PA duties to EP
  • Assisting with any needs in terms of booking appointments, reservations, couriers, cabs and scheduling
  • Being first point of contact for the EP & handling correspondence on their behalf
  • Setting up Zoom calls for meetings
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Assisting external producers and crew as needed
  • Providing production support as necessary
  • Prepare the facility and suites in time for client arrival and regularly clear suites to ensure they remain clean and tidy
  • Ensure clients are well looked after and regularly offer refreshments and food
  • Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary supplies
  • Run errands internally and externally as required by production
  • Answer the door and telephones when necessary
  • Ensure all runs and dispatches are dealt with timely and efficiently, booking couriers when required
  • Accept incoming deliveries, log assets in/out of the library, input despatch data in Ceta and update production team via Slack
  • Manage the daily dairy, liaising with production to ensure bookings are confirmed
  • Suggest & initiate new processes if deemed more efficient or beneficial to the company within your day-to-day role
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with all staff and clients
  • Undertake any additional duties as required
