Coffee & TV London are looking for a highly motivated Producer to join the production team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing complex creative workflows.

The position requires taking projects from bidding and scheduling through to final delivery, ensuring that all work is completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for all VFX work. Ensuring smooth workflows and strong creative results.
· Lead VFX projects from early planning and bidding through final delivery while maintaining clear goals and steady communication.
· Partner closely with our roster of clients, agencies, directors, supervisors and department leads to clarify creative intent and translate it into achievable production steps, keeping on budget and on schedule.
· Collaborate closely with VFX supervisors, CG leads and department heads to plan workflows and assign tasks, running dailies and other internal reviews.
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients and studio partners, providing updates, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment throughout the project along with keeping a high standard of communication.
· Coordinate internal communication with external vendors and manage external vendors to maintain quality and continuity across all work.
· Oversee deliveries, technical checks and final approvals to ensure every shot meets the highest artistic and technical standards.
· Forecast staffing needs and coordinate artist assignments with production management.
· Monitor and adjust budgets throughout the project. Evaluate vendor bids and manage outsourced VFX resources as needed.
· Troubleshoot production issues and help remove obstacles that affect workflow or timelines.
· Oversee final delivery of VFX assets, ensuring correct formatting and technical specifications for delivery.
· Maintain version control, documentation, and archival of project materials.
· Proficiency bidding in CETA and creating internal and external schedules.
· Managing PO’s and invoicing, including any outsourcing costs.
· Able to contact external vendors for edit, audio and pre-production.
Requirements
· Demonstrated experience as a VFX Producer in advertising or related media.
· Strong knowledge of VFX pipelines, production processes, and industry standard tools.
· Excellent communication skills combined with a calm, solution focused mindset.
· Ability to manage budgets and schedules while guiding teams through tight deadlines.
· A collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering outstanding visual storytelling.
