We were also recognised for our excellent training, development and resource support, scooping another gold in this category. Our CEO and Co-Founder Derek Moore accepted both awards with MD Leonie Morton and Cara Kotschy, MD of our new long form picture finishing facility, Residence Pictures.

During the Best Places to Work in TV conference and awards ceremony on Tuesday 22nd February, Derek Moore was part of the ‘Recruitment and Retention’ panel. Alongside others from the industry, Derek discussed how to find and keep the best talent.
