Bringing a wealth of expertise in production, post-production, and creative direction, Kat is a seasoned professional known for her ability to foster connections, build communities and facilitate collaborations. Originally from the UK, Thay fulfilled her dream of moving to Texas five years ago and has since been enamoured by the local talent pool. She brings with her a deep understanding of workplace culture and a commitment to fostering creativity and sustainability.
